30th Annual St. Joseph Country Fair – Celebrating 30 Years of Faith, Family & Community!
For three decades, the St. Joseph Country Fair has brought parishioners, neighbors, families, and friends together for a day of food, fellowship, fun, and community. This year is extra special as we celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the St. Joseph Country Fair! Come enjoy old-fashioned Fair favorites, discover a few new surprises, and help us celebrate the people and memories that have made this tradition possible for 30 years.
There’s something for everyone!
-Fair Favorites
-Food Court: Enjoy St. Joe’s own chili and corn chowder, along with burgers, hot dogs, sides, soft drinks, and other Fair favorites.
-Sweet Shoppe Tables filled with homemade cakes, pies, cookies, breads, candies, and other delicious treats.
-Book Nook: Browse a great selection of gently used books, CDs, DVDs, and more.
– Grandma’s Attic: You never know what treasure you’ll find! Shop gently used jewelry, household goods, holiday décor, toys, games, antiques, sports equipment, purses, accessories, and more.
Games
-Enjoy old-fashioned carnival games for all ages, with fun prizes and a bounce house for the kids.
– Raffles & Silent Auction: Try your luck with our raffles and discover great items in our auctions. You could go home with an exciting prize while supporting St. Joseph Parish!
30th Anniversary Celebration
Help us celebrate three decades of Country Fair memories. Look for special anniversary displays, photographs, and other surprises throughout the Fair.

A successful Country Fair takes an entire community. Whether you can give an hour, donate an item, bake a cake, build a raffle basket, or become an Anniversary Sponsor, there is a place for you!
Volunteer
More than 200 volunteer shifts are needed to make the Country Fair possible.
There are opportunities before, during, and after the Fair, including:

– 50/50 Raffle

– Kitchen & Food Court
– Parking
– Set-up

You do not have to commit to an entire day. Give as much or as little time as you can. Sign up with a friend and make volunteering part of your Fair-day fun!

Donate to the Fair
There are many ways to donate and help stock the Fair! Fair Sponsors & Silent Auction Help offset Fair expenses and advertise your business with a tax-deductible donation of cash, goods, or services.

No VHS tapes or magazines, please.

We’re looking for gently used and new treasures, including:
– Household goods
– Holiday décor

– Puzzles

No clothing, please. Items should be in good working order/good re-sale condition.

Sweet Shoppe & Food Court- Homemade baked goods and food donations are an important part of the Country Fair.
Please watch for the Sweet Shoppe & Food Court SignUp Genius for current needs and instructions.
Baked goods should include an ingredient list.
Gluten-free baked goods and home preserves/canned items are welcome. Please include
ingredients with all homemade food donations.
Raffle Baskets
Raffle baskets are one of the Fair’s favorite traditions!
You can:
– Create an entire themed basket
– Donate items for the committee to combine into a basket
– Donate gift cards for inclusion in a basket

50/50 Raffle Tickets Go On Sale
Tickets will be available after weekend Masses and at the Parish Office during the week.
October 1
Game Prize & Jewelry Donations Begin
Drop off game prizes and jewelry for Grandma’s Attic at the designated Parish Center collection area.
October 11–16
Fair Set-Up & Donation Drop-Off
Volunteers begin transforming St. Joseph into the Country Fair!
Set-up includes:
– Grandma’s Attic
– Book Nook
– Silent Auction
– Games
– Raffle Baskets
– Food/Kitchen preparation
– And more!
Donations for these areas may be dropped off at the designated Parish Center locations during posted hours.
October 16–17
Sweet Shoppe & Food Court Donations
Perishable food and baked goods may be dropped off according to the current SignUp Genius
instructions.
Please have all day-of food donations delivered by 8:30 a.m.
Saturday, October 17
COUNTRY FAIR DAY!
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Come enjoy the 30th Annual St. Joseph Country Fair!
Volunteers report for their scheduled shifts beginning at 8:30 a.m.
After the Fair – Sunday, October 18
Clean-Up- Help us leave St. Joseph return to normal operations and activities!
Clean-up begins immediately after the Fair and continues during designated Sunday clean-up
hours.
