The topic we rarely talk about

Its a topic we rarely discuss: doubt. We’ve all been there, questioning and wondering where God is when life takes unexpected turns. But guess what? Even great figures in history, like Moses and Jeremiah, had their moments of doubt too. Remember that incredible line from Alicia in the book of Kings, where she questioned the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob? It’s okay to doubt, my friends. Peter doubted, Thomas doubted – doubt is real for all people of faith. Surprisingly, doubt isn’t a bad thing. In fact, it can be a stepping stone to strengthen our faith. As Thomas Aquinas once said, “The faith that has never been tested is not real faith.” So when life throws us curveballs and we wonder why God is letting it happen, let’s not shy away from our doubts. Instead, let’s embrace them as an opportunity to grow and fortify our faith. Let’s view our faith doubts as a chance for personal growth, and remember that it’s okay not to have all the answers.
