The Church recognizes that parents are the first and most important teachers of the faith in the lives of their children. Therefore, the Pastorate faith formation prioritizes parents as the primary teachers of their children.  The opportunities provided by the Pastorate for sacramental preparation and continuing formation reflect this understanding, acknowledging parents as the primary teachers and providing support and resources as families journey in faith.

The Pastorate of St. John and St. Joseph offers the following formation opportunities to partner with parents to help their children grow in faith.

– Confirmation Group A is full
–  2nd Grade St Joseph is full.

St. John Campus (6:30-7:45 pm)
Program components:

• Attend Family Gathered Sessions (FGS).
• 2 times a month (1st two Sundays of the month) children are on campus in classrooms with catechists to learn with their peers
• 2-3 times a month children work with parents at home on materials provided.
• Parents are encouraged to attend Pastorate prayer and formation opportunities.

St. John Campus (6:30-7:45 pm)
Program components:

• Open to all 6th -8th graders (public and private school students)
• Meets 1st two Mondays of the month.

Sunday 6:30-8:30 pm

• Open to all 9th – 12th graders
• Location will vary based on activity.
