We support parents as the primary catechists of their children in the immediate preparation for the Sacrament of Reconciliation. This is completed independently from formal faith formation programs. Parents are provided the materials to prepare their children at home and the in-person sessions, support and reinforce the parents.
Who is Eligible?
- Children in the 2nd or 3rd grade
- Children who have completed a prior year of faith formation, or a year in Catholic School.
- Concurrently enrolled in faith formation or Catholic School during the year of Sacrament preparation.
- Families that are registered in the Pastorate, either St. John or St. Joseph
